All Bell SA2010 certified helmets are pre-drilled for Hans type head and neck restraint devices.

With SAH2010 rated helmets, the "H" refers to FHR (frontal HEAD restraint) capability. All SAH helmets are pre-drilled AND 2 Hans "installation-points" are also built into the helmet using M6 threaded fittings. The M6 fittings are the female threaded hardware mounted into the pre-drilled holes. They do NOT include the Hans type device hardware that fits into the M6 fittings.
