Shipping
In stock domestic orders ship same day when placed before noon Pacific Standard Time on business days. (Does not include custom orders or racing suits leading up to racing season)(Lead time for racing suits is posted on each racing suit main page and is kept up to date and as accurate as possible at all times). In the rare instance that an item is temporarily out of stock or back ordered, you will be notified immediately, before your credit card is charged.
  • You can Preview Shipping Cost on the 1st page in check-out (Shopping Cart Page) by clicking on the "Shipping Calculator" button or the "Preview Shipping Cost" link and then just enter only your zip/postal code, country and shipping method and then click on the "Calculate" button. (Canada you must also enter your province) The shipping cost will appear just below the "Subtotal" line of the shopping cart. You must have an item/s in your shopping cart to be able to access the shipping cost calculator.
  • Shipping fees are also automatically calculated for you after the "ship to" information is entered during the checkout process.
  • Please Note: Destinations to Hawaii, Alaska, and destinations outside the U.S. will be sent U.S. Postal Service Express Mail and the shipping cost shown during check-out is U.S. Postal Service shipping cost no matter which shipping option you have chosen.
  • It is very important that you provide us with accurate contact information, especially your e-mail address (We NEVER share or sell your e-mail address to anyone!).
  • Immediately upon ordering, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you (to the e-mail address that you provide us) to confirm that we received your order. Once the order is shipped, an e-mail is sent to you with your tracking number, so that you can track the delivery of your order to your door step!
  • 3 day, 2nd day and next day refer to Business Days.
  • Not all of our products are shipped from our California location.
  • Actual Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air charges may be more or less than the amount shown during check-out if your product is shipped from the factory rather than our California location. If this is the case, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.
  • For destinations outside the continental US (example: Hawaii, Alaska and countries other than US) Ground and 3 Day Select are NOT available.
  • Orders outside the U.S. may be subject to additional tariffs or duties charged by the destination country and are not shown on the order and are not within our control.
  • Custom items as well as Seat Belts that have been bolted into your vehicle are NOT returnable.
  • Sales Tax will be added for California residents.
  • Refusing Delivery: If you choose to abandon your package and we do not receive the product back, we cannot credit you. If you abandon or return your package, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Payment Methods

Major credit cards are accepted - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All credit cards orders require a valid billing address.

We have active vendor status with the CCR (Central Contractor Registration), so we can immediately fulfill orders for government contracts.

Return Information

Returns: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return the product to us for a refund (minus shipping charges) within 30 days from the date of purchase (as long as it is still in new condition). A restocking fee will be charged for returns that were purchased longer than 30 days before the return. Seat belts that have been bolted into your vehicle are not returnable. Custom items are not returnable. Also, there is 10% restocking fee for all returned Pyrotect suits and Pyrotect or Bell helmets (no restocking fee for exchanges). There is a 15% restocking fee for returned Ringer Gloves.

Do NOT send back any products before contacting us by phone or e-mail first. If Wesco is not contacted prior to a returned product arriving at Wesco, the package will be refused by Wesco and shipping will be at the customer's expense. Our company policy is that returned product(s) that are NOT in the original and sellable condition will be shipped back to you and we will NOT provide you with a refund. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. Keep all original receipts and invoices so you have proof of purchase. Keep tracking numbers or receipts in case your return item becomes lost. Insure the return with the shipper in case the item becomes lost.

Remember: The items that you are returning are your responsibility until they are received by Wesco Performance.
