Nomex (Multi-Layer) Race Suits are constructed with an inner layer of Arimand/Kevlar blend and an outer layer of Nomex 3 fabric, flame retardant material. Race suit layers are channel quilted together and sewn with high quality Nomex thread, Nomex cuffs and Nomex zippers, for the best possible protection. (Check with your racing association for proper fire rating and suit layer requirements). RJS standard style is a solid color race suit (shown black) with 3-1" ribbon trim on upper part of each arm and 1-1" ribbon trim down each leg. White ribbon and white cuffs are standard.
