By utilizing a new industry leading forced air kit system, the Snell SAH2010 certified Star Infusion helmet is the first of its kind in the industry. It can be quickly and easily converted from a top forced air to a side forced air helmet! The kit system allows racers to easily customize the Star Infusion to adapt to their personal racing needs and different forms of auto racing. Because of the versatility of the Star Infusion, you no longer have to choose between side forced air or top forced air helmet.

In the standard configuration (base price), the Star Infusion comes as the top air helmet. Bell Star Infusion helmets are full ventilation forced air featuring Bell's air chamber technology to increase pressure and accelerate airflow (when used with external forced air system).

You can choose either staying with the "out of the box" top air configuration or ordering the optional left side air kit. Bell's 2011 forced air helmet features the new Quick Lock nozzle that locks the connector in place, but still allows for quick releasing when leaving the race car. The smaller nozzle design helps accelerate air flow inside the helmet.

The Quick Lock nozzle can be used with traditional 1.5 inch diameter forced air hoses by choosing an air adapter kit (optional) which will connect the hose with the Bell Quick Lock nozzle.
